1. Eligibility

2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded.
You confirm that:

3. Strict Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited:

Paid eBooks or academic materials

Licensed software, cracked applications

Movies or streaming content
-
Paid online courses
Violation may result in permanent suspension.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
EasyUpload reserves the right (but not obligation) to:

Monitor uploads
-
Scan metadata
-
Disable suspicious links
-
Remove files without notice
5. Third-Party Linking Abuse
If external websites use EasyUpload to distribute infringing content, we reserve the right to disable associated links or restrict referrer access.
6. File Limits
Guest uploads: 100MB, stored 7 days.
Registered users: subject to fair use.
7. Advertising
We use Google AdSense and analytics services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

Permanent availability

Uninterrupted service
-
Error-free operation
9. Limitation of Liability
EasyUpload shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

File corruption
-
Unauthorized access

User misuse
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyUpload harmless from claims arising from:

Your uploads

Copyright violations

Misuse of the platform
11. Termination
We may suspend accounts at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
