  • A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.

  • The exact URL(s) or location(s) of the infringing file(s) on our site.

  • A statement:

    “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

  • A statement under penalty of perjury:

    “I declare that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.”

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a file was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that must include:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.

  • The file URL or description of the content that was removed.

  • A statement:

    “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

  • A statement under penalty of perjury:

    “I consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the district in which I reside, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.”

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

EasyUpload.us may suspend or terminate user accounts of repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies.

4. Good Faith Notice

Abuse of the DMCA process by filing false claims may result in legal consequences. Please ensure that your claim is valid before submitting a takedown request.
